Our Loudest Vote Is Our Wallet | Consumers Have Abandoned the Same Old Stuff

SALE! SALE! SALE!  Fast fashion made in mass is at a COST to the retailer, industry, and the planet.

Retailers and the fashion industry WAKE-UP!  Consumers are hungry for individualism and looking for up and coming brands with an innovative spirit and are conscious about the environment.

Today we see the “SAME stuff,  SAFE stuff, and lots of SALE stuff”, season after season.  We are over it!  Give us something we don’t expect, give us a reason to buy.

Consumers have abandoned the same old stuff!   We vote with our wallets – CLEARANCE!  Retailers have to clear what consumers don’t want [when it doesn’t sell] at a cost to their bottom line.  Consumers are demanding fashion with purpose, quality, and the unexpected.

Giving forward thinking retailers and independent designers a platform to reach these consumers on a global scale is what E D G E is about.

THE FUTURE OF FASHION IS SIMPLE: IT HAS TO BE THE REDEMPTION OF ITSELF, IT HAS TO DEMONSTRATE THAT IT TOOK AWARENESS ABOUT THE BAD SITUATION IT CAUSED WITH SUPERFICIALITY, CARELESSNESS AND LACK OF SYNERGY (THE KEY OF EVERYTHING), AND IT HAS TO BE THE FIRST EDUCATOR OF A NEW CONSUMER THAT WON’T “CONSUME” FASHION ANYMORE.

HE/HER WILL BECOME A NEW “INVESTOR” IN FASHION, THE MODUS VIVENDI THAT HAS TO FLOURISH AGAIN IN THE HUMUS OF THIS REVOLUTION!
