A Timeless Message to the Emerging Class of Creatives

. . . And to Those Still Trying to Break Through the ‘Noise’.

There are no impossibilities.

In a world where we are taught to conform, we must be diligent in using our creative power for change.  Many new to the fashion and creative industries will see the difficulty in challenging the status quo.  If you work for a company, you will find that you are often rewarded for duplication or a variation of what exists and ideas that fit outside the boundaries, such as innovation, are usually not part of the conversation.

He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life. – Muhammad Ali

Elevate your thinking and your work.  There are no impossibilities, but a lot of ‘static interference’. What breaks through the ‘noise’ [the competition, the internet, the establishment, status quo, hyper branding, social media, etc.] and how to cut through that ‘static interference’?

COURAGE.  Be courageous to inspire and stand up for the unthinkable, stand up for your view.

AUTHENTICITY.  Be original and pure.  Don’t underestimate the consumer.  Earn their credibility.

CONSISTENCY.  Be consistent with quality, communication, and engagement.

ASSERTIVENESS.  Be bold, direct, and confident of your vision, your creative abilities.

COMMITMENT.  With commitment comes patience.  Longevity gives you the pot of gold.

The emerging class of creatives [and those wanting to break through the ‘noise’], this message, ‘there are no impossibilities’, is for you.  It is relevant, real, and takes on it’s own power if you let it.
